Reimedology – Unleash your Self-Healing Potential

Reimedology events evolved as a result of my own personal healing experiences.  I believe that genuine and pure Reiki knowledge can only be achieved by learning to treat and heal ourselves on a regular basis:-

  • Rei = Reiki
  • Med = Meditation
  • Ology = A branch of Knowledge/The study of


Reiki self treatments are the essence of Reimedology which was born out of my desire to support and empower individuals to care for and heal themselves, on whatever level that may be. In an attempt to achieve this, I run regular Reimedology sessions where people can take the opportunity to relax and unwind. They participate in, and experience a variety of shared meditation, mindfulness, visualisation, followed by guided Reiki Self treatments.


The word Reiki stands for ‘Universal Life Force Energy’. This energy feeds every living thing on our planet and binds us all together throughout the world. It truly is a unique and special energy with a subtle and gentle power. When it is applied regularly and correctly it can help to restore the body to a state of homeostasis.


It isn’t easy to perfect and maintain the art of relaxation, especially when we are dowsed in technology, and all the demands that it brings, as well as work, finance and family commitments.

What to Expect in a Reimedology Session

During Reimedology sessions I guide and support people to relax, de-stress and care for themselves. The sole aim is to help people improve their general health and quality of life.


When we care for ourselves with regular relaxation sessions and self-treatments we replenish our Life Force and remind our body that it can heal itself. We interrupt the stress cycle, reduce anxiety and discomfort, bringing harmony and peace back into our lives. This balances our Mind, Body and Spirit, often a state long forgotten, if ever experienced!


Learning to relax  and treat yourself with Reiki naturally helps you slip into a meditative state, it quietens the mind, helps you to unwind and de-stress, allowing you to live a more peaceful and mindful existence.
